How does Vega integrate with my existing tools?
Vega integrates with Outlook (via a dedicated plugin), Gmail (via a Chrome extension), Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and major CRMs including Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salentica, Practifi, XLR8, and Quivr. Setup takes minutes and Vega syncs automatically with your connected systems.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. Vega captures meetings using native recording integrations with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, so there is no visible bot joining the call. Your clients and prospects will never know Vega is there, ensuring a natural meeting experience. A Vega recording bot is also available when you are not the meeting host (such as when joining a CPA's, attorney's, or COI's meeting).
Is my data secure?
