In 2020, our co-founders, two MIT-trained machine learning engineers and quants, launched their first startup: a risk management algorithm that merged with an RIA firm.

Serving as CIO and COO, and registered as advisors, Alex and Hugo engaged with clients daily for three years. They experienced firsthand the productivity challenges that every financial advisor faces: endless email threads, meeting prep, CRM data entry, and client follow-ups.

In 2022, faced with these challenges, they began building Vega, the first AI Associate Advisor. By 2023, Vega launched externally and became available to advisors across the United States and Canada.

Today, Vega drafts over 3,000 emails for advisors every day, automates meeting workflows, and keeps CRMs up to date, all without requiring any manual effort.
